The
Bar Staff
is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. This role ensures high-quality customer service, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and complies with all safety and alcohol service regulations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.97 plus tips

Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tools, and glassware. Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age. Handle cash and card transactions accurately; maintain accurate tabs. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Follow all health and safety standards and company policies. Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Manage customer concerns professionally and promptly. Qualifications
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred. Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Basic math and cash handling skills. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. TABC (or equivalent alcohol service certification) may be required.
