Creshendo is looking for a
Social Media Strategist
to guide how we show up across platforms — from planning what we post to making sure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns and grow our online presence. What you'll do: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives. Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content across various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Analyze social media performance data and metrics to track success and recommend improvements. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and engaging messaging. Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and competitive. Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and campaigns to maintain consistent brand presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community interaction. Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends. Report on social media ROI and performance to stakeholders regularly What we're looking for: Experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, MetriCool, Google Analytics). Creative mindset with an eye for design and content. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus. Why this matters?
