Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated Regional Store Operations Supervisor to lead the operations of multiple Heytea stores. In this critical role, you will focus on delivering operational excellence, fostering team development, and maintaining brand consistency. You will play an essential part in launching new stores successfully while continuously improving existing locations. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in multi-unit management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service and driving business outcomes. We seek a dynamic professional who has experience in fast-paced retail or food service environments and can adapt to our brand's evolving needs. Key Responsibilities Store Opening and Expansion Participate in the planning and preparation of new store openings, including conducting operational testing and compliance checks. Ensure the successful and timely launch of new stores while adhering to all necessary regulatory requirements. Store Standardization and Compliance Conduct regular audits to ensure all stores meet Heytea's brand standards and comply with local regulations, including health and safety laws. Support store inventory and equipment management, tracking stock levels to enhance operational efficiency. Assist store teams in product merchandising and presentation while conducting regular performance assessments for brand alignment. Store Performance Optimization Collaborate with store managers to track sales performance, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction. Assist in the implementation of employee performance reviews and development plans aligned with company goals. Monitor and improve customer service levels to ensure the delivery of Heytea’s signature customer experience across all stores. Team Development and Talent Management Build effective team structures with partners and store managers, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and career development paths. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to store managers and team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning to cultivate a pipeline of qualified talent for future growth. New Supervisor Onboarding and Development Support the onboarding and training of new Regional Supervisors, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to manage their stores effectively. Work with the operations team to continuously refine training programs and improve operational processes. Qualifications Industry and Operational Experience A minimum of 3 years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in the fast-paced food and beverage industry, with a solid foundation in store operations, sales strategies, inventory control, and team leadership. Proven ability to manage and optimize operations across multiple store locations, driving top-line growth and operational efficiency. Cross-Cultural and International Experience Preferred experience working in or managing operations in international markets, demonstrating an understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to adapt strategies to various regions. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards, with experience ensuring compliance across various locations. Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a history of independently addressing operational challenges and achieving business results. Excellent communication skills that facilitate effective relationship management with store managers, team members, and business partners. Demonstrated leadership in fostering team collaboration and motivation while aligning with company goals. Talent Development and Coaching Experience in talent management, focusing on team building, coaching, and developing high-performing store managers and staffs. Strong ability to mentor new leaders, providing guidance on operational best practices and ensuring alignment with company vision and values. Additional Requirements Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
