Job Description
As a
Receptionist
, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by offering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the front desk operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership.
Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications: Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.

$20.00 / hour **
The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of twenty dollars an hour
