About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong
Shopify Plus
experience to lead and optimize eCommerce store operations. This role will focus on improving store and product setup, streamlining workflows, managing themes at scale, and driving efficiencies across fulfillment and customer experience.
Responsibilities Shape and deliver the
product strategy
for eCommerce store operations. Streamline product information, taxonomy, and workflows using
Product Inventory Management
systems. Manage and optimize store themes, setup processes, and integrations at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, UX, TPMs, vendors, developers) to deliver solutions. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and user feedback. Drive end-to-end execution of eCommerce projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Maintain and prioritize the
product roadmap & backlog
based on business impact. Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Lead
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , write test scenarios, and ensure defect-free releases. Create documentation, playbooks, and training material for business teams. Key Qualifications
3-5+ years in
Product Management
with deep eCommerce experience. Strong expertise in
Shopify Plus : themes, apps, APIs, checkout extensibility, and integrations. Proven track record of leading complex eCommerce projects end-to-end. Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization
skills. Experience in
Agile development cycles
and working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools:
JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Shopify Admin . Background in
music or entertainment industries
is a plus.
