Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24.64 - $24.64 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, operators, etc.) with daily tasks
Perform site preparation including unloading materials, staging supplies, and maintaining clean work areas
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and effectively
Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed
Perform demolition, material handling, and debris removal
Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE at all times
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work
Support general site operations and adapt to changing project needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience on commercial construction sites
Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and basic techniques
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field required
