Part-Time Housekeeper •
Location: Goleta, CA (Santa Barbara) Schedule: Flex Hours, 1 to 2 days per week with more during summer when Principals will be in residence
Rate: Up to $45/Hour

Compensation Up to $45 per hour, DOE About the Role
A private household in Goleta is seeking a skilled, part-time housekeeper to support overall home cleanliness and organization 1-2 days per week. The family is looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable-someone who takes pride in their work and understands what it means to maintain a well-kept, high-standard home.
While this is not a fully staffed household, the environment is well-organized, and the right person will feel comfortable working independently while also communicating clearly with the principals and any additional support staff.
This role is ideal for a housekeeper who brings strong cleaning and laundry expertise, along with a proactive mindset and respect for privacy and professionalism.
Key Qualifications Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus but not required) Proven experience in private households, ideally with high standards of cleanliness and garment care Reliable, respectful, and trustworthy Excellent communication and time management Pet- and child-friendly Comfortable working independently without daily supervision Responsibilities
General Housekeeping
Deep cleaning and daily upkeep of living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining fine finishes and surfaces Restocking supplies and keeping household areas organized Light tidying of outdoor living areas such as patios (as needed) Laundry & Garment Care
Washing, folding, and ironing Proper care of delicate or high-end garments and linens Closet and wardrobe maintenance Household Organization & Support
Occasional light meal prep or setup support, if requested Monitoring and reporting when supplies run low
Attentive to details-ensuring the home looks polished and guest-ready
