Senior Project Manager
to lead site design projects with a focus on commercial and/or residential land development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to take ownership of design execution, team leadership, and client relationships. What You'll Be Doing: You will play a hands-on role managing and executing civil engineering projects from initial planning through construction support. Daily tasks include: Project Management:
Lead full-cycle project coordination including due diligence, site planning, entitlements, engineering design, and permitting at the local, state, and federal levels
Design Oversight:
Supervise the design of site geometry, grading, drainage, roadway, water and wastewater systems, parks, and other infrastructure improvements
Documentation:
Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications, reports, cost estimates, and engineering calculations
Team Coordination:
Direct project engineers, EITs, and design technicians to ensure quality deliverables
Client Interaction:
Lead client meetings, support presentations, and serve as Engineer of Record on projects
Budget & Schedule Management:
Monitor project budgets, schedules, consultant coordination, and billing
Mentorship:
Support the development of junior staff, fostering technical growth and a strong team environment
What Were Looking For: 7+ years
of civil engineering experience with a focus on commercial and/or residential site development
PE license
required or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe
Strong experience with
AutoCAD Civil 3D , Microsoft Word & Excel
Proficient in producing full sets of engineering drawings and technical documentation
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and deadlines
