Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Hours: 5X8'S , Monday-Friday, 40+ hours

Demo and remove existing flooring and drywall per site plans

Frame and install new drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding to finish

Install new commercial-grade flooring (e.g., vinyl, tile, or wood)

Prep and paint walls and trim to a clean, finished standard

Read and follow construction drawings and specifications

Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to job site safety protocols

Qualifications:

Skilled in drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing

Proficient in flooring demo and installation (tile, vinyl, laminate, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout plans

Experienced with interior painting techniques and surface prep

Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Strong understanding of job site safety and proper PPE usage

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Prior experience in the commercial field required

Prior experience using Hand tools required

Position may require a drug screen
