Job Summary and Responsibilities: As a Patient Care Technician, you will play an essential role in our nursing care team. Your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate, hands-on patient care to promote recovery and enhance patient dignity. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with preparation, mobility, and transfers to ensure comfort and safety. Delivering non-medicated care, such as changing dressings, maintaining skin integrity, and supporting the use of assistive devices. Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Managing supplies, equipment, and logs for infection control and team readiness. Communicating kindly and effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team while promoting a safe and quality environment. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of your start date.
