Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to help improve processes and services Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) Ability to work independently and as part of a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
