As a Sr. Program Manager - Data Centers here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing data center programs. Your expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements. By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets will help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's data center programs. You will report directly to our Director of Data Centers, and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of data center projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage data center programs to ensure successful execution and delivery

Ensure alignment of data center programs with strategic objectives

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices

Support the field operational leadership team on strategic initiatives

Identify and manage conflicts, working with stakeholders to negotiate mitigation. These could include - staffing, implementation dates, cost variation and schedules.

Alignment with management priorities, hold accountable all contributors, for the end-to-end service quality, and completeness.

Support escalation of issues to appropriate owner.

Support roadmap discussions with customers to utilize the latest technology in the data center projects/program.

Work with the cross-functional teams to build in automation and AI into our processes and delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership and project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in risk management and problem-solving

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
