We're looking for a skilled and dynamic Lead Bartender to join our team! As the Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service, leading a team of bartenders, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities: • The Lead Bartender will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experiences. • You'll manage and train a team of bartenders, be responsible for inventory control, drink recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized bar environment. • In addition, we’re looking for someone with an open mind and creativity to help us create new signature cocktails. • You'll also handle cash, manage customer complaints, and enforce safety standards. Qualifications: •
Leadership and Supervision:
Motivating and guiding bar staff, providing training and support. •
Customer Service:
Interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues professionally. •
Beverage Knowledge:
Understanding of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques. •
Inventory Management:
Knowledge of inventory control systems, ordering procedures, and stock rotation. •
Communication:
Clear and effective communication with staff, management, and customers.
