Our client a top multi-family property management company is seeking to hire a
Carpenter (Renovation Technician)
to work on their
Renovation Team
in
Milwaukee, WI . This is a
full-time position
that
pays $25-$30+/hour
based on relevant experience,
works standard hours 8am-5pm M-F , and a generous benefits package that includes health, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k) with company match after 30 days of service. We are seeking a candidate with previous carpentry experience. In this role you will be responsible for demolition through installing final finishes. Qualified candidates will have
previous experience with cabinetry, flooring, drywall installation, and painting.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and enjoy working independently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform demolition and preparation work for apartment renovations. Execute various renovation tasks, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with property management. Travel between properties in the metro Milwaukee area as needed. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, and drywall/painting repair inside apartment or condo complexes. Strong knowledge of renovation techniques and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Own basic set of hand/power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing to travel to different property locations throughout SE Wisconsin, as needed.
