Litigation Paralegal

to join our dynamic trial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes personal injury cases and be directly involved in every phase of the litigation process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. In this role, you will play a critical part in trial preparation and case management, working side-by-side with attorneys and clients to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Case Management Manage active litigation caseloads, including deadlines, hearings, and court filings. Serve as a key liaison between clients and the legal team, providing regular updates and tracking client recovery progress. Organize and maintain case files for accessibility and accuracy. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings. Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned legal assistants, while maintaining overall responsibility for case progress. Legal Research & Drafting Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence under attorney supervision. Prepare and file documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and procedures. Discovery Support Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions. Oversee document collection, production, and review, including the use of e-discovery tools. Coordinate document exchanges and deposition scheduling with clients and opposing parties. Trial Preparation & Support Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Work with expert witnesses on scheduling, communications, and report collection. Provide in-courtroom support during trial by managing exhibits, witnesses, and logistics. Administrative Support Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence. Maintain billing records and assist with client invoicing. Collaborate with other paralegals to support both pre-litigation and litigation teams. Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department. Qualifications Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution (preferred). 3+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal with trial presence required. Strong legal research and drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Why Join Us?
