Bartender/Server . This afternoon and evening role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences both behind the bar and on the dining room floor.

Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience:
Previous bartending and serving experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant required. Skills:
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine; excellent service skills; ability to multitask under pressure. Work Ethic:

Provide exceptional beverage and dining service to guests in accordance with The Jefferson Hotel's standards. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency. Take and deliver food orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the bar, dining room, and service areas. Handle guest inquiries, recommendations, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Support smooth coordination between the bar and floor service teams. Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable service throughout their visit. Accurately take food and beverage orders, process payments, and manage tabs. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks in accordance with recipes and guest preferences. Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organization of the bar and service stations. Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and hotel policies. Ensure proper table turnover and assist with service needs in the dining room. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to deliver seamless, luxury-level service. Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years' bartending and serving experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, guest-minded approach. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods. Traits of a Successful Candidate
