Job Summary:
We are currently seeking
Experienced Equipment Operators
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, with a proven track record of success in construction, excavation, or other industrial environments. You’ll play a key role in helping us complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, or forklifts depending on the project needs
Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
Follow site plans, grade specifications, and blueprints
Load/unload materials, clear job sites, and assist with earth-moving activities
Communicate with foremen and crew to ensure safe and productive workflows
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
OSHA certification is but not required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site maps
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
