Estimator
to join their team. This company is known for tackling
large-scale metal stud framing and drywall projects
across healthcare, education, retail, and office sectors. Responsibilities:
Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes
Use
OST and Quick Bid
to prepare accurate bids
Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals
Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules
Requirements:
3+ years
of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing
Proficiency in
OST and Quick Bid
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with jobs $1M+
