Floor Technician
to join our team! This position focuses primarily on
periodic floor and carpet maintenance
at various contract sites. Additionally, the role includes performing general
custodial tasks
as needed to maintain clean and safe environments.
Wage : $22.00 - $30.00 per hour About the Role:

keeping floors and carpets looking their best
at various locations. From
stripping and waxing floors to deep-cleaning carpets , you'll ensure each space shines! Plus, you'll help out with
general custodial tasks

Responsibilities: Perform scheduled
floor and carpet maintenance , including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning. Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors. Assist with routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards. Travel to various contract sites as required. Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in
floor maintenance and 3 months of custodial work
experience required. Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during overnight hours. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a valid drivers license as this position requires driving a company vehicle. Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Must be able to pass a drug test. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
