We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to perform housekeeping, janitorial, and light maintenance duties. This position is responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Janitorial Duties:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners • Dust and wipe down surfaces, windows, and furniture • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels • Report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor

Maintenance Duties:

• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains) • Respond to room calls and issues that guests may encounter in the evenings • Replacing PTAC units, basic system checks • Notifying supervisors or submitting tickets for more complex repairs Qualifications: • Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or facility maintenance, a plus • Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment • Ability to operate tools and light machinery (vacuums, buffers, ladders, etc.) • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions Compensation: $17.50 per hour
