This position is 70% remote Design Tasks/Activities: Review existing Legacy Systems to be integrated with ITBA and data requirements for each datasource, including: IPSoft ServiceNow EMC SRM Arcsight Aruba Airewave Hobbit/Xymon F5 Net Mgr HP SA HP OO Review current supported Views for data requirements, including: Interaction Management Views Change Management Views Availability Management Views Capacity Management Views Performance Management Views Customer Command Center Views Design overall solution Data Model (Extended Data Model) leveraging the out-of-the-box ITBA data model as well as eBI/eSODA Data Model Design a list of ITBA Dashboards (Views) to replace the required Views listed above Define high-level Scorecards/KPIs, including: Server Management: 1 Scorecard and up to 10 KPIs Network Management: 1 Scorecard and up to 5 KPIs Storage Management: 1 Scorecard and up to 5 KPIs Service Management: 1 Scorecard and up to 10 KPIs Application Health Management: 1 Scorecard and up to 5 KPIs Role: Executive Scorecard Architect / Analytics Architect Location: Irving, TX (70% remote) Job Status: Contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
