Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Location: Groton, CT
Contract Duration: 5-6 Months Contract
Description: Essential in reviewing state and internal paperwork for errors. Verifying dealership information using Salesforce and keeping data up-to-date in Salesforce. Needs familiarity with Excel, Word, and PDF documents, including splitting documents into multiple pages and saving them to folders and updating and filtering spreadsheets. Quick to learn and master new computer programs including internal data systems and Salesforce. Experience in making outbound calls and answering customer questions. Must be quick to learn and able to operate self-sufficiently, but know when to ask questions and ensure compliance with state and internal regulations.
Requirements: Knowledge of and comfort with computers, including use of multiple internal databases, spreadsheets, and Salesforce.
