As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic planning. This role serves as a bridge between business, stakeholders and technical teams, transforming data into actionable insights that enhance performance, efficiency, and value delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of leading projects. Lead in-depth analyses of large, complex datasets to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure reports provide clear, accurate, and timely insights. Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and recommending best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across systems. Establish data validation protocols and participate in data governance initiatives. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality analyses and recommendations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Utilize statistical and predictive modelling techniques to forecast trends, identify business opportunities, and support scenario planning. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports to executives, project sponsors, and other key stakeholders. Contribute to the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new data platforms, tools, and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and integration. Support the development and execution of test plans, including user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Qualified Candidates will meet the following expectations: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis and data analytics. Experience in a consulting environment. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and similar. Deep understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data governance practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated success in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or coaching junior team members. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus. Seniority level
