Job Description Position Overview: Minimum 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design and detailing of processes. At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow skills. At least 2 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. Minimum 1 year of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes. Strong analytical and communication skills. Planning and coordination skills. Experience with project management. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
