Senior Application Developer

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Application Development Manager, the Sr. Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of web-based solutions. Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business Professionals. Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications. Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms, and technologies. Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate data sources and APIs. Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices. Maintain, support, and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes. Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed. Communicate to Management Team project status, issues, and risks. Qualifications Job Specifications: 5+ years development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS framework 2+ years development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks. 2+ years development experience with Power Platform (implementing PowerApps). Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities. Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views. Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects. Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients. Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements, design, development, testing and delivery In addition: Bachelors degree from an approved and accredited college MCSD or MCSE preferred Legal experience preferred Seniority level
