12+ months (Possibilities of extension) Job Description: The Technical Leader, Domain Expertise, will provide technical leadership and mentorship in various sections or systems of the overall gasification process for Gasification Chemical Process Engineers. You will be responsible for process design of the gasification and development of the gasification subsystems. You will review all process design documents, such as PFD, PID, & PDS, including scope for PDP/PIPs. Act as a Technical Integration Leader for projects, leading and coordinating project execution with global teams in the USA, India, and China. Communicate with customers, licensees, EPC, design institutes, and internal teams to develop process design documents. Develop sizing for key process equipment including vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and other equipment. Create sizing tools and criteria for key process plant equipment. Optimize process configurations based on project requirements, including water cycles for chemical plant integration. Support proposals for Feasibility Studies, PDP, PIP, FEED, PS, and EPC quotes for gasification projects, including licensing and chemical applications. Extensive gasification experience, including development, commissioning, start-up, and issue resolution. 20+ years or more than 15 years of experience in a technical leadership role in process systems engineering.
