Group Therapist (Part-Time)

to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional group therapy and support our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their therapeutic journeys, fostering resilience and self-efficacy. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Focus on Outcomes:

Deliver evidence-based group therapy using practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT to help patients build tools for long-term mental health. Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. Drive Operational Excellence:

Maintain comprehensive treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and adhere to HIPAA and all relevant compliance regulations. What Success Looks Like Patients report improved well-being, emotional regulation, and increased confidence in managing their mental health. Effective collaboration with care teams results in seamless patient experiences and measurable clinical improvements. Consistent achievement of performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Qualifications Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) actively licensed in Massachusetts. Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in higher levels of care, such as PHP, IOP, inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings. Experience facilitating group therapy and confidence in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. Proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including Medicaid patients and individuals with complex social needs.
