Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting Develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families to deliver patient-centered care Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on exercises and therapeutic techniques What We're Looking For:
Valid California Physical Therapist license Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but
new grads are welcome! Pay Range:
