Job Summary The Loyalty and Retention Coordinator will oversee projects within the Membership & Loyalty space, focused on retention marketing. They will coordinate, implement and execute projects to deliver on member benefits related to Owners Group and the Membership program. This individual will work with cross-functional project teams, create briefs for key partners, and work to deploy member and dealer assets, communications and activations to support the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be a motivated self-starter who is always looking to improve their work and make a difference with the Harley Owners Group members. They ensure all projects are completed consistently to the company strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities • Executes channel plans inclusive of project timelines, copywriting, image coordination, stakeholder approval & alignment, and reporting in support of programs and campaigns. • Brief (and see through to execution) cross functional marketing teams, including Retail on point of purchase material objectives and execution. • Coordinates with cross functional, marketing, partner and program teams to integrate Harley Owners Group messaging into key programs. • Works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign objectives across regions and markets. • Oversees campaign brief development from concept and objectives to creative development through to consumer execution. Measures and assesses campaign results and implements learnings into future campaign plans. • Supports content creation and deployment of member benefits in key brand publications and member email and direct mail campaigns. • Streamlines and improves processes within the marketing project area by proactively evaluating current work processes and updating as required in line with our continuous improvement ethos. • Supports various marketing activities within the campaign focus, including products, consumer experiences (H.O.G. benefits at rallies), and events.

Experience Requirements • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience • Experience in Global campaign management • Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, along with collaborating across teams and external partners • Ability to oversee budgets, contracting, and supplier selection • Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines regularly and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the creation of compelling PowerPoint presentations to share across levels of the organization
