Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Are you a reliable and detail-oriented professional with experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations? A local manufacturing company is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help ensure service trucks, parts, and products are shipped and received accurately, safely, and on time. Responsibilities: Prepare equipment and parts for shipment according to customer requirements and carrier guidelines Schedule pickups with freight carriers and coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, overhead cranes, or by driving equipment Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies and verify against purchase orders Document and report shortages, damages, or incorrect materials to the purchasing department Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the ERP system Help keep the warehouse organized and follow all safety procedures Requirements: 13 years of experience in UPS & LTL shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred) Forklift and overhead crane operation experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for data entry, label printing, and inventory tracking Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform regular bending, walking, and standing Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented What you'll get: Starting Pay: $22$27/hr.
