Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Location: Tampa, FL

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial projects. This role is crucial for managing our project pipeline and ensuring accurate and competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including multi-family and commercial developments. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates. Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and negotiate terms. Review and analyze bid documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines. Provide support during the bidding process, including clarifying scope and addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and methodologies. Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. PTO policy with two weeks of paid time off.
