A production company in Surprise is looking for a Lead order checker to help in the warehouse.
Company Location: Litchfield Ave and Cactus Rd.
Job Title: Order Puller/Checker Lead
Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

The Warehouse Order Puller/Checker Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of order pulling and checking operations. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards while guiding team members, assisting with training, and serving as the point of contact between staff and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a team of order pullers and checkers to ensure orders are picked, verified, and staged correctly. Monitor accuracy of pulled orders to meet customer and company quality standards. Assist in training, coaching, and developing warehouse staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping details for accuracy before orders leave the warehouse. Ensure all orders are pulled, checked, and ready within required timeframes. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and in compliance with company policies. Report and help resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Promote and enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and other departments to support operational flow. Perform order pulling and checking duties as needed to support team workload. Hiring Details:
Background check and Drug Test required High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years warehouse experience, including order pulling and checking. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory procedures, and safety practices. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and leadership skills. Benefits of working for StaffNow:
