Summary Our Customer Service Representatives support the sales team by receiving all incoming calls and ensuring orders are inputted accurately. Key Responsibilities Receive all incoming phone calls from customers, coworkers and suppliers. Input orders accurately for general delivery, customer pick-up or sales person special delivery. Enforce all liquor laws according to state law and regulations regarding product sales. Enter and manage sample requests from employees and suppliers. Responsible for all inter-company transfer order generation and pick lists, invoice processing. Responsible for all sub-distributor order generation and pick lists, invoice processing. Accurately process cash and checks from direct product sales. Verify and balance all receivables. Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism and diplomacy at all times. Ready and maintain the will call/ dock sales area throughout the day (if applicable).
Key Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
Work Environment Work indoors in a sedentary office setting; occasional warehouse or external work required Physical Demands Lift/Carry & Push/Pull up to 50 lbs. Bend/Stoop/Crouch/Squat Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift
Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days/hours of work vary. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree; High school diploma or GED required Preferred Education and Experience Previous experience in customer service based position and/or organization Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location). Hired applicants may be eligible for incentives/bonuses/annual bonuses.
