What You'll Do As a Loan Processor 1, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero of our lending operations. You'll: Support loan processing and closing with precision and care. Communicate clearly and kindly with members throughout the loan journey. Submit complete, compliant loan applications to underwriting. Collaborate with Mortgage Loan Officers, underwriters, and other teams to ensure smooth sailing. Prepare final closing packages and ensure timely delivery.

Members feel informed and supported every step of the way. Loan files are clean, complete, and compliant. Tasks are tackled promptly, pipelines are flowing, and deadlines are met. You're a trusted partner to internal teams and external contacts alike.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for post-secondary coursework in real estate or lending). One year of experience in mortgage lending. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Detail-oriented with solid math and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
