About The Position Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, Days Hours per Shift: 32 guaranteed Experience: Minimum years of experience preferred License: Valid state license required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: New graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred. Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior. Description: Complete the prescreen form and attach it upon submitting your application. Please attach your resume and license verification. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Covid testing results must be provided as specified. Ensure that all credentialing checklist items are reviewed prior to submission. The position requires 8 hours of dementia training.
