SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager I Quality Control Lead for a remote position. Essential Job Functions
Occasional travel to Washington D.C., Orlando, FL, and/or San Antonio, TX may be required. Manage daily operations of IT service desk teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues in line with SLAs. Develop and enforce quality control standards, monitor service delivery for consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Lead service desk projects (e.g., system upgrades, process overhauls, ticketing system transitions) from planning to deployment. Track KPIs, response times, and customer satisfaction; provide regular reports to leadership. Minimum Position Requirements
