Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Product Selector, you will accurately and efficiently pick products to create pallets for our clubs. You'll work in temperature-controlled environments, ranging from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer, lifting between 50-100 lbs of product and operating powered equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
Currently Hiring for:
Morning Shift: Starting at 8 AM, working until tasks are completed, typically 10-12 hours
Four-day schedule, including one weekend day and three weekdays
Compensation:
Pay starts at $21.00/hr, with potential for increased earnings based on productivity and performance! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently select damage-free products to build pallets according to customer specifications, ensuring labels face out and arrows face up Verify products against pick tickets and case labels, turning in accurate paperwork Maintain productivity levels at 100% standard Achieve accuracy levels of 99.9% Check pallet conditions and exchange when necessary Report damage and inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly Keep dock and facility areas clean and maintained Ensure pallets are wrapped safely for transport to storage Safely operate Material Handling Equipment after receiving training Adhere to food safety and housekeeping standards Ensure regular and consistent attendance Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience:

Four-day work week (three weekdays and one weekend day) with shifts commencing at 8 AM and finishing when tasks are completed. Work Environment:
Must work in a cold storage warehouse with temperatures as low as -20 degrees in the freezer. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat frequently. Safety:
A strong emphasis on safety practices is required. Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required; additional coursework or related business experience is a plus. Skills:
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, basic math skills for verifying pallet IDs, and the ability to follow directions using a headset selection system. Flexibility:
Willingness to accommodate flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs. Environmental Conditions: Lifting 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and squatting regularly Building pallets up to 6 feet tall with case weights up to 50 lbs Endurance for fast-paced, continuous work Working in fluctuating temperatures within the perishable distribution center, including freezing conditions Wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required Possible exposure to food allergens Using necessary equipment safely and accurately after training In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, this position starts at a pay rate of $21.00, with actual compensation varying based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
