We are currently hiring a
Quality Inspector
for an engaging
12-month, full-time contract
role within the
aerospace industry —located in
Wichita, Kansas , a global epicenter for aircraft manufacturing and innovation. As a
Quality Inspector , you’ll be a key player in ensuring that high-precision aerospace components meet the industry’s most rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process, final, visual and dimensional inspections of aircraft structures including fuselage, wings, flaps, landing gear, and tail assemblies
Ensure compliance with technical work instructions and industry standards
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Maintain strong collaboration with fellow team members to support smooth operations
Required Technical Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing or inspection.
We are willing to train the right candidate!
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Required Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Commitment to safety and following established procedures
Effective communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Other Job Requirements:
Willingness to work
3rd shift , including
rotating weekends
Must
be willing to undergo a background check
Must
meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent status required)
