Are you an experienced technician passionate about installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment? Join our team as an Industrial Equipment Technician! You will work with various systems, including washers and dryers, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and boilers. This role emphasizes safety and following our company's maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities:
Utilize common tools such as hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices.
Ensure the safe operation of machinery by adhering to blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space procedures when necessary.
Travel to multiple company locations to perform essential maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with partners about maintenance information.
Engage in various welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC welding, cutting, and brazing.
Install machinery and systems based on schematics and manufacturer instructions.
Qualifications:
Willingness to travel on a 10-day schedule, with 4 days off between assignments.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in industrial equipment repair or relevant technical training/military experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred.
Proficiency in reading maintenance literature in English is required.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures is preferred.
Prior welding experience, including MIG, TIG, and ARC.
