Why We Need You The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the coordination and administration of employee benefits programs, payroll reporting, leave of absence (LOA) and ADA administration, audit compliance support, HRIS processing, and benefits education. This role ensures that payroll and benefits operations run smoothly, are compliant with regulations, and effectively support employees needs. What Youll Accomplish Payroll Reporting and Coordination: Act as HRs primary liaison with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Reconcile benefits deductions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams. Provide payroll-related reports to HR leadership to support compliance and financial planning. Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA Administration: Administer leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state-specific regulations. Work with employees and managers to coordinate leave requests, documentation, and return-to-work processes. Oversee reasonable accommodation requests and ensure compliance with the ADA. Audit Compliance and Reporting Support: Assist in benefits and payroll audits by preparing documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with ERISA, FLSA, ACA, and other relevant employment laws. Collaborate with Finance and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting. HRIS Processing and Data Management: Ensure accurate processing of benefits-related data in the HRIS system. Maintain employee records, update benefit selections, and troubleshoot system-related issues. Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support decision-making. Coordinate and execute annual open enrollment, including employee communications and vendor coordination. Assist employees with enrollment selections, questions, and system navigation. Ensure all changes are accurately processed in HRIS and communicated to vendors. Employee Benefits Education and Support: Develop and deliver benefits education programs to enhance employee understanding of available resources. Create educational materials and maintain up-to-date benefits resources for employees. What Were Looking For (Competencies) Payroll and Benefits Administration Expertise:
