What You'll Be Doing
Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling
Assist with equipment maintenance and cleanup to ensure operational efficiency
Support plant operations by monitoring and reporting equipment performance
Operate small machinery and tools safely and effectively
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What Are We Looking For Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced industrial setting
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
Capability to learn and operate various tools and equipment
Dependable and self-motivated with attention to detail
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
