Requirements include 1-3 years of experience designing and administering monitoring and reporting solutions in a high-availability environment, along with 3 years of UNIX system administration experience. Education: BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or 3 years of equivalent experience. Network Operations Center (NOC) System Administration Network Operations UNIX TCP/IP Internetworking/WAN data communications Diagnosing and resolving issues identified by network monitoring Monitoring, troubleshooting, and correcting server and network problems, including live network broadcasting issues Collaborating with third parties such as engineers, system architects, infrastructure vendors, customers, and developers to resolve issues Documenting information clearly and effectively in the Trouble Ticket system for communication, ticket management, and escalation follow-up #J-18808-Ljbffr
