Teamcenter Developer

Salary Range:

$125k-$145k (depending on experience)

Work Location:

This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received

Essential Functions:

Sound understanding of latest Teamcenter architecture, features, application interface framework Configure BMIDE, Workflows, Stylesheets, Preferences, ACL's; Dispatcher experience a Plus Develop custom handlers, user extensions, scripts, and client-side proficient in ITK PLMXML TCXML Ability to participate and provide guidance in technical review sessions for critical projects Design solutions based on Teamcenter to support engineering functional Product Life Cycle Management including Teamcenter workflows Develop and maintain the business requirement documents, including analysis, detailed business requirements, and design Deployment of Teamcenter packages as part of Product releases Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue-based problem-solving principles Ability to use Git to manage configuration changes Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

Required:

At least 5 years of experience in Developing/Implementing PLM solutions Teamcenter Programming experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM product suite including development, configuration & customization Experience with developing workflows in Teamcenter Scripting using Teamcenter client programs, batch scripting Experience with Siemens migration and database consolidation tools Must have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus Certification Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science or engineering preferred

Desired:

Experience in Dispatcher setup and configurations Teamcenter Data Migration Ability to articulate solution ideas with clarity, good communication and presentation skills Develop and maintain strong domain knowledge and experience of engineering requirements and function life cycle processes

Security Clearance:

Must have active Secret Clearance and be eligible for Top Secret Clearance (SSBI). Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science or engineering preferred. Seniority level
