Job Description Minimum 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Design, Detailing, Application Integration, or Coding. At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE applications development using Spring/Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in Tomcat or IBM WebSphere, Linux, and supporting frameworks like Ant, Maven, Groovy. Exposure to tools such as Jenkins, JMeter, SOAP UI, Git, and Stash. Experience in RESTful services implementation, understanding REST/JSON vocabulary, and familiarity with PAAS and IAAS offerings. At least 1 year of experience in Development, Configuration, Solution Evaluation, Validation, and Deployment. At least 1 year of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes. Strong analytical and communication skills. Planning and coordination skills. Willingness and experience to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
