Job Description Software System Administrator The Software System Administrator will be part of a team responsible for supporting workstations running Windows 7 & Windows 10, other applications, and related technology in a 24x7, fast-paced environment. The role includes providing application support, assisting the Business Systems Administrator with documentation of applications, evaluating new solutions, and supporting testing, implementation, and documentation processes. Organizational Expectations: The candidate must work collaboratively to achieve team and organizational goals, prioritize projects, provide constructive input, deliver customer-focused service, support business efficiency, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for licensed software issues. Assist the Applications System Administrator with basic functions.
