This position involves handling a range of civil litigation cases with a focus on construction defects, general insurance defense, and first-party property litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, with experience in managing cases from the early stages through trial. Duties: Manage and oversee a diverse caseload in civil litigation, particularly in construction defect, insurance defense, and property litigation matters Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents Participate in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation Represent clients in court hearings and depositions Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategies Ensure compliance with all deadlines and legal standards throughout litigation Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation Proven ability to handle cases from initiation through trial Experience in construction defect, insurance defense, and first-party property litigation is highly desirable Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active Bar license in Florida Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience with legal research tools and databases Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively Job Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid work model available) Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
