Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the organization's DevOps capabilities, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, infrastructure management, and application monitoring. Build and promote DevOps best practices and automation tools. Design and implement continuous delivery platforms. Create and improve workflows within the agile software development lifecycle, including tool enhancements, integration, and build processes. Manage Application Support & Maintenance, Test Environment management, and Service delivery projects. Collaborate directly with clients and teams, leading the design and delivery of advanced DevOps solutions. Provide technical leadership to software and DevOps engineers. Design, develop, test, debug, and document software supporting DevOps in an agile environment. Lead technical tasks and client efforts, including pre-sales activities. Manage a team of consultants across multiple client projects. Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively.
Technical Experience: Configuration and deployment tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible. CI tools like Jenkins, TFS, TeamCity, Bamboo. Build scripting with MSBuild, ANT, Maven, Gradle, etc. Version control systems like Git, TFS, SVN, Perforce. Scripting languages including Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell. Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios. Application servers including IIS, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere. Cloud services like AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.), Docker, VMWare, OpenStack. PaaS development and deployment (e.g., Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes). Experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent; 11+ years of IT experience. Note: This is a full-time, permanent position.
