Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. IAM Engineer with aspirations to move into a leadership role over a small team. This 100% hands-on role will have you designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions while progressively taking on mentorship responsibilities. You will oversee Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle HCM integrations, and API-based services, ensuring security best practices, identity lifecycle management, and zero trust principles across the organization. Day-to-day, you will manage IAM operations, enforce security compliance, implement automation projects, and ensure seamless system integrations. You will troubleshoot IAM-related issues, optimize access processes, deploy multi-factor authentication (MFA), and leverage Sentinel log analytics for monitoring and security improvements. Collaboration with enterprise teams and stakeholders will be critical in driving ongoing enhancements in IAM capabilities, while also setting the foundation for your growth into a leadership position.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience 6+ years of IAM engineering experience, with leadership potential and interest Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager In-depth understanding of Okta, SAML applications, MFA, zero trust security, and account lifecycle management Hands-on experience with the Entra suite Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation Experience with Sentinel log analytics Familiarity with Active Directory auditing tools a plus
