Job Description
Full P&L responsibilities Interfacing with client base to understand custom automation system needs Implement and track KPIs (safety, quality, OTD, efficiency) Manage project timelines and handle engineering change orders as needed Review and approve engineering designs for custom equipment Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and engineering team Drive Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 10+ years of manufacturing experience 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience Strong project management experience Experience with custom manufacturing procedures Business acumen Strong technical background with automated systems What's on Offer
Base salary up to $145,000 based on experience Annual bonus based on EBITDA 401K matching up to 5% 3+ weeks of PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance package options
