Automotive Service Cashier

Premier Auto Group is seeking a Cashier/Backup Receptionist for Full-Time work with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This position requires this individual to process payments and review parts and service invoices accurately, answer incoming phone call and make service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Answers dealership group phones

• Greets and receives customers - make service appointment reservations

• Close Parts and Service invoices

• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Participates in customer satisfaction process

• Participates in customer retention process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

• Maintains a professional appearance

• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

• Must be able to Tuesday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday 8am-4pm
